How do telescopic and sliding differ?
Both telescopic gates and sliding gates open horizontally, but they solve space problems differently. A sliding gate is a single panel that slides to one side, requiring a clear parking length equal to the gate opening. A telescopic gate is made of two or more overlapping leaves that fold together, opening in a much shorter space—typically 1/3 of the opening width. - Sliding gate — needs a parking zone at least as long as the opening (a 6m opening needs 6m+ of clear side space)
